北京大学中医药现代研究中心成立于2001年2月,旨在充分发挥北京大学学科门类齐全,具有跨学科、跨领域综合研究的优势。应用现代科学技术,特别是生物医学领域的最新成果研究祖国传统医药,促进我国中医药的现代化,为其走向世界做出贡献。
中心作为组织机构和中医药研究的平台,凭借北京大学临床医学、化学、药理学、分子生物学、生物信息学、计算机科学等多学科的优势研究力量,以临床疗效为基础,中医药理论为指导,从多学科、多途径、多角度研究其化学成分、药理作用及作用机制,最终阐明中药的药效物质和作用机制,研制出质量可控、疗效确切剂型先进、服用方便的现代中药,同时探索中药复方研究可行的方法学体系,通过努力使中医药现代研究中心成为辐射北京大学各相关学科乃至全国医药单位的现代中医药研究基地。
博士,北京大学药学院天然药物学系教授、博士生导师,北京大学中医药现代研究中心主任、创新药物研究院副院长北京中医药大学中药现代研究中心主任(兼)。第十一届国家药典委员会执委、中药材和饮片第二专业委员会主任委员;中国野生植物保护协会肉蓉保育委员会主任委员。国家杰出青年基金获得者,首批岐黄学者。
主要从事中药药效物质与作用机制、中药资源与质量控制研究。承担了国家和省部级项目80余项。成功创制有效部位新药2项,获得新药证书4个。发表论文951篇,SCI论文459篇,连续入选中国高被引学者榜单;著作19部;授权专利68项。成果以第一完成人获得国家科技进步奖二等奖1项,教育部一等奖4项、二等奖2项,中华中医药学会一等奖1项、李时珍医药创新奖1项。并获得2016年度“全国脱贫攻坚奖创新奖”最美生态公益人物”,2017年度“全国创新争先奖状吴阶平医药创新奖”、2015年度“九三楷模”等荣誉。

利用液相色谱产生较强的反压,构建了全新的在线加压溶剂提取技术,有效地避免了冗繁的样品制备过程以及不稳定化学成分的降解,实现了中药肉蓉、草蓉、片仔等化学成分的直接分析。
充分利用凯发k8国际液相色谱模块化的特点,构建了中心切割二维液相色谱、非手性-手性色谱在线直接耦联、反相-亲水作用色谱在线直接耦联等全新分析体系,并将其广泛应用于中药肉蓉、前胡、沉香等化学成分精准定性、定量分析。
为了实现中药体内代谢产物的快速发现及结构鉴定,充分利用IT-TOF-MS能产生多级碎片,并能给出精确质量数的特点,建立了多级诊断离子过滤技术,实现了中药红花给药后体内药源性成分的快速筛查及结构鉴定。
